Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ATTN Labs LLC ("ATTN Labs," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information through the Texas Comfort Quotes website (the "Site"). The Site is a free matching service that connects homeowners with independent HVAC service providers. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform HVAC work.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

Because partners may pay us for requests, sharing your information may be considered a "sale" under some state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time (Section 5).

4. Retention

We keep request information for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it, unless law requires longer. Consent records may be kept as long as needed to show compliance.

5. Your privacy rights

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other applicable laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sales of personal data and certain profiling. Email austin@attnlabs.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice). If we decline, you may appeal by replying "Appeal"; if the appeal is denied you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

6. Cookies

We use essential storage to remember your cookie choice. We load advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) only if you click Accept on our cookie banner. You can change your choice using "Cookie settings" in the footer.

7. Calls and texts

If you consented, you may receive calls and texts, including by automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help, or ask any caller to stop calling. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See Section 8 for full TCPA, recording and do-not-call details.

8. TCPA, call recording & Do Not Call

This section is a practical summary of how we handle telephone and text consent. It is not legal advice. Rules change; have counsel review before paid traffic.

How we capture and record consent

When you submit a quote request on the Site, we require an unchecked checkbox next to the full consent text, plus a clear submit action (for example, "Get my free quotes"). With each accepted request we store:

That record is how we show prior express written consent for marketing calls or texts that use an autodialer, prerecorded voice, or artificial (AI) voice under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and FCC rules at 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200.

Revoking consent and opt-outs

You may revoke consent at any time in any reasonable way, including by replying STOP to a text, telling a caller to stop, calling (737) 282-7504 and asking for do-not-call, or emailing austin@attnlabs.com. Under FCC rules, callers must honor company-specific do-not-call and consent-revocation requests within a reasonable time not to exceed 10 business days after receipt (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(a)(10), as adopted in FCC 24-24 and reflected in the current eCFR). We aim to honor opt-outs faster when we can. A one-time non-marketing confirmation text after a STOP request may be sent as allowed by those rules.

Internal do-not-call list

We maintain an internal do-not-call (DNC) list. When you ask us not to call or text, we add your number to that list and do not use it for further marketing calls or texts from ATTN Labs, subject to the honor period above. Ask any matched HVAC provider to honor your opt-out with them as well; they are separate callers.

National Do Not Call Registry & Texas no-call list

The National Do Not Call Registry is maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (donotcall.gov). Registering there does not by itself block calls where you have given prior express written consent for a specific seller, but you can still revoke that consent. Texas also operates a state no-call list under the Texas Telemarketing Disclosure and Privacy Act, Tex. Bus. & Com. Code ch. 304. Telemarketers generally may not make telemarketing calls to numbers on the Texas no-call list more than 60 days after the number appears on the current list (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 304.052), subject to statutory exceptions such as an established business relationship.

Calling hours

Call recording notice

Calls to or from (737) 282-7504 may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, dispute resolution and compliance. Texas is generally a one-party consent state for call recording (Tex. Penal Code § 16.02). If you are in a two-party (all-party) consent state, you will hear a recording notice; continuing the call after that notice is your consent to recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, hang up and use the online form or email us instead.

AI / automated voice disclosure

Calls may be answered or placed in part by an automated assistant or artificial (AI) voice. When an automated assistant is used, it will disclose that fact. We may connect (warm-transfer) a qualified caller to a participating HVAC provider's team. Consent to automated or AI calls or texts is never required to get a quote; you can always use the online form or request human-only contact.

Inbound calls to (737) 282-7504

When you call us, you are initiating the call. We may still record the call (with notice where required), use an automated assistant, and connect you with a participating HVAC provider. Calling us is not the same as consenting to future marketing autodialed or prerecorded calls; those require the separate written consent on the form (or another valid consent path).

9. Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, including private storage. The Site is not for people under 18.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy and will post the new effective date. ATTN Labs LLC, 8201 Dixon Drive, Austin, TX 78745 · austin@attnlabs.com
