Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Texas Comfort Quotes website (the "Site"), operated by ATTN Labs LLC ("ATTN Labs"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

The Site is a free matching service. We pass your request to marketing partners and independent HVAC service providers. We are not an HVAC contractor, do not perform or supervise HVAC work, and are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

2. No guarantees

We don't guarantee that you will be matched, contacted or receive a quote, or the quality, pricing, licensing, insurance, availability or financing of any provider. Many providers offer financing, but terms and approval are set by them or their lenders. Verify a provider's Texas TDLR license and insurance before hiring.

3. Your information and consent

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and only submit a request for a home and phone number you are authorized to use. Our handling of your information and telephone consent is described in the Privacy Policy and TCPA & Do Not Call section. Your checkbox and click on the request form are your electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act for the contact consent shown on the form. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, asking a caller to stop, or emailing us.

4. Acceptable use

Don't submit false or fraudulent requests, use bots, or interfere with the Site.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, ATTN Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any provider's acts or omissions, and our total liability is limited to $100.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.
